Led Boston College to a #1 seed in the NIT, a top twenty national ranking and a 21-13 overall record during the 2010-11 season

Led Cornell to three consecutive Ivy League Titles and NCAA Tournament appearances from 2008 to 2010

Coached Cornell to the NCAA Sweet 16 in 2010, the first appearance by an Ivy League team since 1979, and the first NCAA Tournament victory in Cornell history

Led Cornell to the program's first national top twenty-five ranking (22nd) in 59 years (2009-10)

Recipient of the Clair Bee National Coach of the Year Award and the mid-season Hugh Durham Coach of the Year (2010)
