During the 2013-14 season, the Hornets finished with the 2nd highest number of single season wins in franchise history (43) and as the second-most improved team in the NBA

Became the youngest assistant coach in the NBA (age 27) when hired by the Hornets in 2000

Over 14 years of assistant coach experience and 16+ years in the NBA

Worked closely with two MVP's (LeBron James and Stephen Curry)
